Voice Over IP

Hosted voice service that runs over AT&T Internet for Business broadband. A Voice over IP (VoIP) solution with advanced features for up to 6 lines without options for advanced conferencing or collaboration.

IP Flexible Reach

AT&T IP Flexible Reach is a SIP trunking service that delivers integrated access for IP PBX, TDM PBX or Key System environments, providing potential total cost benefits through the consolidation of voice and data – one provider, single transport, and management options.

MPLS

AT&T Virtual Private Network (AVPN) is a network-based IP VPN solution that is enabled by Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). AVPN is the evolutionary successor to the IP services which began with IPeFR/ ATM, Dedicated Private Line and Frame Relay may all be used to connect to an MPLS port.

AT&T takes security very seriously. To secure data in transit across the network, AT&T has implemented a comprehensive security program that focuses on 13 major areas. The areas are derived from ISO 17799, COBIT, and other industry best practices.

Collaborate

A flexible cloud-based solution that blends voice and collaboration. Start with voice and add features such as employee availability, instant messaging, conferencing, file sharing, team work spaces, and call center services as you need them.

Dedicated Internet

AT&T Dedicated Internet, or ADI, provides high-speed dedicated Internet access for businesses. We also manage the connection. AT&T monitors the network 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and maintains the communications link between the customer and the AT&T network. Should a problem occur, AT&T diagnoses it and its resolution begins immediately. This affords customers the opportunity to focus their resources on their business, not on their telecommunications needs. ADI combines AT&T’s world-class IP backbone and customer service to deliver the reliability, security, quality and performance needed to conduct business over the Internet.
